Amongst the countries that offer exquisite tourism on much lower prices, than most seaside countries, is Romania. This former communist country has access to the Black sea, and it is located on the north from Bulgaria and Turkey in Eastern Europe. There are also many restaurants and bars, Romania as most of the Balkan countries can offer some good wines, so you should try them. Standard meal here is really cheap, so you can allow yourself many visits of the restaurants.
