A Thermal Bath Between Icebergs and Whales in Greenland



In the environment of the island Uunartup in Greenland, there is an abundant iceberg drifting between rugged coastlines and mountains, inhabited by many whales and fauna of frozen landscapes.

And yet, there is nothing wrong taking a bath outdoors. Of course, I mean the hot springs in the context of this magnificent landscape.

On the Uunartup island, near the small town of Alluitsup, there are geothermal springs with temperatures reaching 38º C. The place is not far away, and many drifting iceberg reminds you that you are in a frozen landscape. Therefore, the contrast can be spectacular.
